Church Membership Information and Directory Form

Local Membership at Zion City is a 3 step process:

1. Prospective members fill out membership "acquisition" form,
2. Prospective members complete required New Members Orientation (NMO),
3. Upon satisfactory completion of NMO, prospective members will attend Fellowship services held on 3rd Sundays and receive the right hand of fellowship, a membership certificate, and token gift.

As an Active Member, an INTAKE representative will ask you to complete a Call To Do form to determine which additional F.R.U.I.T.S.™ classes will be required or helpful in your journey to find your place in the City of Zion and God's Kingdom Building workforce.

Active Members are encouraged to follow up with an INTAKE Committee representative at any time immediately following their fellowship recognition.
